| GENERAL FAQ'S Q: How did your product come about, and are you a trader, or do you just market software products? A: Yes, I'm a full-time Trader! Since the early stages of my trading career, I've been consumed with my own personal trading statistics. I started building a simple spreadsheet to record all that I desired to know about my own trading behavior. "Many" months (and tweaks) later it was recommended that I try selling it to other aspiring traders. I asked a trusted trading partner if he saw true value in what I created, or if he thought the idea was just crazy. His answer was a resounding... "Yes!" (to both questions).
Q: Official name? A: The Forex Trading Journal SpreadsheetTM, or TJS, comes in 7-different market formats; all customizable to track what's important to you. To view "all" TJS products, visit the main site: www.TradingSpreadsheets.com
Q: Is this spreadsheet easy to operate? A: Yes, it really is simple. Just start entering your trades into the Trade-Log section of the Market-Module, then all of the (complex looking) Performanct-trackers will start populating on their own. "Read-me" messages are located in strategic locations in case you need additional Instructional Hints & Tips!
Q: Do you provide customer service for your products? A: I actually take great pride in making sure each and every client is completely satisfied. After all, I'm still giddy with delight every time a trader chooses my product. Why would anyone do any less than their best efforts to ensure complete customer "happiness"? Q: Are Updates Free? A: Yes, (same version) updates are always free!
Q: What about Refunds? A: Due to the nature of the product and type of download, I can't accept refunds.* Please know that I will do everything possible to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your purchase, both now and into the future!

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS Q: What version of Excel can I use? A: Any version beyond (and including) MS Excel 2002 will be able to fully utilize the program. Excel for Mac can also be used.
Q: Can I use other spreadsheet apps with the TJS? A: Unfortunately not, No other spreadsheet applications (Open Office, Google, Numbers) will have the full functionality needed to use these products as originally intended.* * I cannot support or troubleshoot any purchase not intended to be used with Microsoft Excel.
Q: Are there any other requirements? A: Yes, but the smaller the screen (and resolution) the more optimizing you will need to do in order to properly view the sheet as originally intended. Proper use of Excel's "zoom" function is usually all that is needed. If that doesn't allow you to view the product clearly, there are other simple fix-its that are fully explained in the product. There are no instances where you should not be able to use the product.
PRODUCT SPECIFIC FAQ'S
Q: What if I trade the same 'Market' from more than (1) broker account, and want to keep all stat's separate. Do I need to make a multiple purchase for the same product? A: No. You can always track all of your account activity on 1-file. If you would like separate sheets of the same product, I can show you a way to quickly and efficiently "Duplicate" your sheet. This way, you can have "demo", "simulation" or separate "broker" sheets, and all tracking whatever you deem most important to you.
Q: Does this program reside on my hard-drive or your server? A: It's an MS Excel (.xls) file that resides on your own hard-drive, which can be stored on any digital medium and taken 'wherever' you go.
Q: Does the Forex Trading Log calculate the P&L in US Dollars (or my own currency)? A: It tracks Quoted P&L. The sheet also calculates the amount of PIPS gained or lost on each trade.
